2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that a petition enquiry is pending and the respondent Police have called for some more information from the petitioner. 4.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police shall conduct enquiry expeditiously and take action in accordance with law.
