(CRIME NO.1029 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.until further orders imposed in Crl OP No.3522/2022 dated 28.02.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court and pass such and other orders which may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.3522 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
