O R D E R
This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to execute the Non Bailable warrant that has been issued pursuant to the conviction of the accused person for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act in C.C.No.41 of 2020 by judgment dated 31.5.2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the accused person has already been convicted by the Court below and non-bailable warrant has been issued, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant and to secure the accused person and produce the accused person before the concerned Court. This process shall be completed by the 3rd respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
