ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2013 seeking to proceed and complete the proceedings dated 07.02.2011 and 05.04.2011 with regard to maintain the law and order situation in and around the Coimbatore Athar Jamath, Oppanakara Street, Coimbatore.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for further relief.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
