This petition has been filed to direct the respondent 2 herein to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 23.12.2015 and to file final report.

2. No representation for the petitioner, may be due to boycott of Courts. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.402 of 2015 and during enquiry, opposite party returned all the Sridhana articles. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to proceed with the enquiry in CSR No.402 of 2015 and take further action in accordance with law.
