ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant family pension of the petitioner's father C.Krishnaswamy Naidu on the demise
of her mother K.Ranganayaki, as only surviving nominee under PPO.No.A.450799 EDU and under ref. No.A 450799/FA-Vol.419 through the same syndicate Bank, Tirutani.
2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month therefrom.
