(CRIME NO.406/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.975 of 2022 order dated 12.01.2022 shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Solatharam police station, Cuddalore on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.975 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition, without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
