ORDER
This application has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the original impugned arbitral award dated 21.06.2024.
2. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application, the applicant claims that he has not received the original award from the Arbitrator. According to the applicant, he has received only a xerox copy of the impugned arbitral award, which was couriered by the Arbitrator.

affidavit filed in support of the application seeking to dispense with the production of the original impugned arbitral award. Accordingly, this Application is allowed as prayed for. However, in case, the respondent raises the plea of limitation, the applicant will have to satisfy the same in the manner known to law once Section 34 application is numbered.
