2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has submitted that the detenu has been deported to Srilanka, he being a Srilankan citizen. 4.In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
