ORDER
This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 09.02.2024 in Criminal M.P.No.669 of 2024 on the 1/4
file of Principal Special Court Under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
