Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to dispose of E.P.No.27 of 2012 in O.S.No.159 of 2002 before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Puducherry, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned
Principal Subordinate Judge, Puducherry, to dispose of E.P.No.27 of 2012 in O.S.No.159 of 2002 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner as a plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.159 of 2002 for recovery of money due on business transaction and the suit has been decreed on 03.02.2011, against which, no appeal has been preferred. So the petitioner has filed E.P.No.27 of 2012 on 17.02.2012, which is pending for nearly four years. Hence, he prays for an early disposal of E.P.No.27 of 2012.
3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, I am inclined to give a direction to the Executing Court to dispose of the execution petition as early as possible. Accordingly, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Puducherry, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.27 of 2012 in O.S.No.159 of 2002 within a period of three
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving fair opportunity to both sides. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 13.02.2017 kj To Learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Puducherry.
