When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, this writ petition was converted into a civil miscellaneous appeal in C.M.A.No.3442 of 2021 and this court, by its order, dated 01.08.2022, allowed the same. Hence, he submitted that, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
