O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2017 and consequently, direct them to issue certified copies of the document bearing No.2384 of 1973 on the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given her representation as early as on 09.03.2017 seeking for the certified copies of the document bearing No.2384 of 1973, the 3rd respondent has not issued the copies yet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation for issuance of certified copy of the document in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2017 with regard to the issuance of the certified copy of the document, on payment of necessary charges, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
