ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8 (c) & 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.3204 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is an absconding accused in a case where the respondent Police recovered 1.5 kgs of ganja. Earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 02.03.2022 on considering the nature of the case and previous antecedents of this petitioner and her conduct.

3. Finding that there is no change in circumstances, this court is not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail petition.
