The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order dated 17.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P. No.6584 of 2017. 2.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, drawing the notice of this Court to the counter filed on behalf of the respondent, would submit that all the eligible terminal benefits along with interest have
been paid to the petitioner, which is given as under: The details of gratuity, interest on gratuity and leave liability amounts settled Sl.No .

Scheme The petitioner refused to submit the CPS application Gratuity amount paid 2,68,338.00 Gratuity interest amount paid 32,201.00 Leave liability amount paid 1,07,793.00 Interest on leave liability paid 5,390.00 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amounts payable under the Social Security Scheme, Employees Contribution of Provident Fund and the monthly pension payable under the post retirement benefit Scheme from 01.11.2016 with arrears have not been paid. 4.In reply, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the petitioner has to give a separate application demanding all these amounts with details and if any such application is given by him, within a period of three weeks, the same will be considered, on merits.
5.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to give a separate application/representation mentioning the details
of the Social Security Scheme, Employees Contribution of Provident Fund and the monthly pension payable under the post retirement benefit Scheme.
If any such application/representation being filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
