ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation made on 07.03.2022 relating to water connection.

2. In this matter, this Court also appointed an Advocate Commissioner and she has also filed a report in this regard.

3. It is the main grievance of the petitioner that originally water connection given to the petitioner was disconnected. Whereas it is the contention of the respondents that the panchayat has given water supply to every house in the said village with 3/4th inch pipeline and the petitioner, on his own, connected a 2 inch pipeline to supply water to himself, for which, several complaint have raised. Therefore, the water connection has been stopped.

4. It is stated in the counter and submitted that there is no illegal tapping by the neighbours and the respondents have admitted that in every house, they 2/4

have provided water with 3⁄4 inch pipeline and therefore, no further orders required in this writ petition.

5. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondents to strictly follow the submission made before this Court and also as admitted in the counter.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No cost. 02.03.2023 rli To
