This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 07.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.135 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kavundhapadi Police Station. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner's wife, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.162 of 2016 before the All Women Police Station, Gobichettipalayam.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court transfers the petition enquiry in CSR No.135 of 2016 from the file of Kavundhapadi Police Station to the file of the All Women Police Station, Gobichettipalayam, to be enquired along with CSR No.162 of 2016.
