Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned orders issued by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.937, Home (Police-3) Department, dated 21.07.1998 and second impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in C.No.A1/8610/2010 dated 18.11.2010 and to Quash para 7(a) of the G.O.Ms.No.937, Home (Police-3) Department dated 21.07.1998 and the consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in C.No.A1/8610/2010 dated 18.11.2010 and consequently direct the respondents herein to upgrade the post of petitioner as Special Sub Inspector of Police with effect from 01.01.1999 and to grant all service, monetary and consequential retirement benefits with arrears thereof by granting necessary relaxation.
