PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the rspondents to adjust the interest amount of Rs.7,19,250/- already taken and release the balance amount of Rs.9,81,103/- pertaining to the damages to the petitioner which will facilitate to pay the pending salary and retirement benefits to the workers. The writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to adjust the interest amount of Rs.7,19,250/- already taken and release the balance amount of Rs.9,81,103/- pertaining to the damages so as to enable the petitioner to pay the pending salary and retirement benefits to the workers.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issue in W.P.No.10965 of 2017 filed by it challenging the 14-B and 7Q orders pending disposal before this Court.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issue in the pending writ petition in W.P.No.10965 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs.
