ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the safety and security of the petitioner and his family members at No.1/4, Srinivasalu Naidu Street, I Floor, Radha Nagar Main Road, Chrompet, Chennai on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is essentially a dispute between the landlord and tenant. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police, as prayed for by the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the Civil Court. In the meantime, if there is any physical violence to the petitioner, the petitioner may lodge a complaint to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
