[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that her son viz. Shabeer is the Convict Prisoner (C.T.No.10125) and is lodged in Central Prison, Coimbatore. Since the petitioner has been attacked with serious heart problem and her health condition is deteriorating, an application for grant of ordinary leave to her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
son Shabeer, was submitted to the Prison Authorities and that, they have not taken any action. Therefore, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

On instructions, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that, the authorities have received the leave application dated 02.12.2020 and the same is under process.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed, with a direction to the second respondent, to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and intimate the same to the petitioner as well to the Convict Prisoner.
