He also prayed that the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the order of delivery.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of delivery. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
