Heard Mr. Adithya Reddy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. C.Harsha Raj, Learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes) appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

It is brought to notice by Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent that an order has been passed on 28.03.2022 by the Respondent in furtherance to the order dated 20.12.2018 in W.P. No. 33603 of 2018 passed by the Court and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the subsequent evens after the filing of the Contempt Petition, nothing remains to be considered in the matter, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
