The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court passed in the year 2003, the service of the writ petitioner was already regularized. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
