ORDER
(Made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 02.11.2020 passed by this Court in H.C.P.No.1703 of 2020 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Cont.P.No.792 of 2021 2.We do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. Prima facie, it appears to be a case of leaving the matrimonial home by the wife of the petitioner.
3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to pursue the other remedies, if so advised.
