When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some more legal heirs of the deceased first respondent have to be brought on record and therefore, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this civil miscellaneous petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made in the Court bundle, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
