ORDER

The petitioner is a beneficiary of the boomithan land more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to survey the said land based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2026.

3. Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, who, on instructions, submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 have already commenced survey of the petitioner's property and the survey and demarcation of boundaries will be completed within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other 2/4

third party whom the second respondent deems fit to put on notice, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
