According to him a suit is laid for partition, which the plaintiff claims based on Will executed by the father.

According to the learned counsel, the appellant is a third party to the family and claims the title through an unregistered Will of the same father.

4.This petition stands allowed.

5.Post the S.A.No.807 of 2022 on 02.06.2023, under the caption "Part Heard".
