Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 4 passed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.769 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13127/2019 dated 23.01.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.VIJAY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has appeared till 15.02.2021 and thereafter he is not appearing.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to some illness he could not appear before the respondent police and it is not wanton.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.769 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13127 of 2019, dated 23.01.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
