Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2013 and thereby direct the respondent to pay the price amount of Rs.1 lakh as per the G.O.Ms.No.848, Home (POL VII) Department dated 15.10.2013.

O R D E R

Though the prayer in the writ petition is for direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2013, and thereby to direct the respondents to pay price amount of Rs.1 lakh as per G.O.Ms.No.848 Home (Pol VII) Department, dated 15.10.2013, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that writ petition can be disposed of permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation to the first respondent and the first respondent shall dispose of the same on merits and accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the narrow prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation setting out the grievances relating to non payment of the cash award and the first respondent is directed to pass orders thereon within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
