ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him i.e., the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent police fortnightly i.e., on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.M.P.No.140 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33243 of 2019 on 08.01.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.33243 of 2019 dated 08.01.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33243 of 2019 dated 08.01.2020 is modified to appear before the respondent police once in a month on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
