ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to the following effect: "Permit to withdraw. Though the Petitioner has been arrested by the Respondent Police. Therefore, I being a counsel on record, the Petition is withdrawn."
