The above civil miscellaneous petitions are filed to declare the 2nd and 3rd petitioner herein, namely, R. Narmatha and R.Rajadurai, as major in S.A. No.241 of 2024 and to discharge the 1st petitioner herein from the guardianship of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners, respectively, in the above Second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, these petitions are ordered.
