3.Since this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the delay has been properly explained, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 212 days in representing the Second Appeal is condoned.
4.Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
