ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to defreeze the petitioner's Bank account bearing No.83731011000355 of Bank of India, Panappakkam Branch, Ranipet District freezed by the 1st respondent in CSR. No.11 of 2026 and permit the petitioner to operate his account. 2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 25.03.2026, wherein it was recorded that "3.Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submitted that Sathyamoorthy, the petitioner's son would appear before the respondent Police on 30.03.2026, and thereafter as per the directions of the Police, take steps to give the requisition and also upload the same in the portal to de-freeze the account of the petitioner." the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's son has appeared before the respondent police and furnished his explanation. It is further submitted that, thereafter, the District Police Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Ranipet District, has sent a communication to the Branch Manager, Bank of India, Panapakkam, to defreeze the petitioner's bank account.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
