This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in CC.No.484 of 2022 on the file of the Learned Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Alandur 2.

It is seen that this criminal original petition is pending for the past three years without even admission or ordering of notice to the respondent. When this matter was listed for admission on 31.03.2023, it was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Thereafter, the learned counsel appeared for the petitioner did

not take any steps to list the matter for even admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter. Today also, the petitioner has not appeared before this Court either by party or through pleader.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
