-2O R D E R (made by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.) The learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC submitted that the shop in question has been closed and copy of the proceedings dated 27.8.2016 has been produced before this Court, evidencing the same. It is also stated that all the stock in the shop have been fully removed and the respondents will not open the shop. The said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC is placed on record.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the fact that the shop has been closed on 29.8.2016. The learned counsel appearing for TASMAC further states that permanent shifting of the shop will take place within two months. In any event, the shop shall not be located in the present location. With the said direction, the contempt petition is closed.
