This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the execution of decree (Execution Petition) in E.P. No.24 / 2017 in A.R.C. No.83/2016, from the file of learned District Court - II, Kanchipuram, to the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent states that the Execution Petition itself is terminated and that there is no scope to entertain this petition at this stage. Realising the position, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to pursue his case by challenging the order passed in the Execution Petitions at various stages. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
