Seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 12.01.2016 made in W.P.No.1063 of 2016, the present sub application has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Counsel submitted that in purported compliance of the order passed by this

Court, Tahsildar passed an order on 22.06.2016, against which, an appeal has been preferred before the Revenue Divisional Officer, who in turn, passed an order on 29.01.2021.

3.In such view of the matter, the miscellaneous petition stands closed. Consequently, Cont.P.D.No.31259 of 2021 stands closed.
