2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.1686 of 2014 before the respondent.
4. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, with due intimation to the de facto complainant.
