The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infrcutous and hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
