A.No.1749 of 2021 in C.S.No.680 of 2012 V. BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.

On perusal of Affidavit of Service, it seen that the Paper Publication was effected on 25.03.2022.

2.It was submitted that as per the orders of this Court, private notice sent to the sixth and seventh proposed defendants. As such, notice sent to the sixth defendant has been returned with the postal endorsement as "refused" and notice sent to the seventh defendant has been returned with the postal endorsement that the "addressee is left".

3.There is no representation for the sixth and seventh defendants. 4.Registry is directed to print the names of the sixth and seventh defendants in the cause list.

5.Application No.1749 of 2021 has been filed to implead the proposed parties namely M.Salai Gunathangam and K.Kalyanasundaram as party 6 th and 7 th defendants in the above suit.

Pam 6.Heard Mr.P.S.Kothandaram, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the defendants 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Siva Shanmugam, learned counsel for the third defendant. 7.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in this affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed as prayed for. 8.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

9.Post the matter on 14.06.2022.
