This petition has been filed to amend the cause title as Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Chengalpattu in the Memorandum of Grounds of Appeal and in the Judgment in CMA.No.1154 of 2003 dated 26.10.2018 in the prayer set out by this Court at line 4 as Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kanchipuram.

2. Heard Mr. S.M.Loganathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Considering the the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition having been perused is accepted. Hence, this petition is ordered.
