Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records issued in Na.Ka.No.34116/D1/E4/2013 dated 07.11.2013 and in Na.Ka.No.749/A2/2012 dated 20.11.2013 by the respondents 2 and 3 respectively and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant approval of appointment of petitioner as B.T.
