Valliammal ..Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to pass final orders based on the written explanations submitted by the petitioner on 04.01.2017 to the show cause notice dated 28.12.2016 and reshift the electricity service connection bearing No.110-005-628 to the 5th respondent bore well comprised in S.No.28/1G situated at Narashimapuram Village, Coimbatore.

Seeking a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders based on the written explanation submitted by the petitioner on 04.01.2017 to the show cause notice dated 28.12.2016 and re-shift the electricity service connection bearing No.110-005-628 to the 5th respondent bore well comprised in S.No.28/1G situated at Narashimapuram Village, Coimbatore, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 3.Pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner that a wrong has been committed by the transfer of electricity service connection belonging to the petitioner as against the 5th respondent, a notice was issued initiating an enquiry as per the proceedings dated 28.12.2016. The petitioner has given the documents in support of his grievance. As no further adjudication has taken place followed by concrete action, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the above and without going to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to take a final decision pursuant to the notice dated 28.12.2016 and on consideration of the explanation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2017, apart from giving an opportunity to the 5th respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
