O.A.Nos.286 to 288 of 2019 in C.S.No.202 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., By order dated 19.03.2019, this Court granted an interim order of injunction and also ordered notice through Court as well as privately to the respondent in O.A.Nos.286 to 288 of 2019.

2. Today (04.06.2019), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submitted that the service of notice is completed and the name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list, but in spite of the same, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3. In view of the above, the interim order of injunction already granted by this Court dated 19.03.2019, is made absolute.

4. Post the matter on 28.06.2019.
