Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased To relax the condition imposed against her in Crl.M.P.No.7936 of 2017 dated 06.07.2017 in C.A.No.364 of 2017 pending on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K. MADHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted bail by this court in Cr.M.P.No.7936 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.364 of 2017, dated 05.07.2017, by suspending the substantive sentence, subject to the condition that she shall report before the Trial Court once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition to relax the said condition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a woman and she finds it very difficult to travel to Coimbatore, where the Trial Court is located and that therefore, he prayed for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has not raised any serious objection.

4. Having regard to the difficulties expressed by the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a woman and that there is no fear that she will flee from justice, I am inclined to relax the said condition in toto.

5. In the result, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
