O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to disburse the salary for the period between March 2014 and November 2016 by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2017.

2. The Learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner was placed under suspension on the basis of some errors in the facts and on submission of the explanation, the authorities have accepted the same and revoked the order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suspension. The writ petitioner was reinstated in the service and serving as a Panchayat Secretary. However, the salary arrears due to be paid to the writ petitioner for the period from March 2014 to November 2016 is yet to be paid. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation on 08.12.2017 to the third respondent. Thus, without going in to the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 08.12.2017 and pass an orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of this representation and all relevant orders, if any, along with the orders passed in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, no orders as to costs.
