Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Declaration declaring the provisions, especially u/s 51 and the Schedule-I of Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 in so far as construed as and / or the present practice of the 2nd respondent in so far as mandating/insisting, to pay Ad Valorem Fees prescribed under Schedule-I of Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 as court fees for the Appeals filed u/s 54 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 as unconstitutional, illegal and void.
