Lalith Kumar Doshi .. Respondent The case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.S.Gunaseelan, Counsel for the petitioner alone is present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of the Lok Adalat that the respondent / tenant was evicted from the subject premises as per the procedure known to law. It is further submitted that the CRP itself has become infructuous and therefore, the same may be closed as infructuous.

In view of the above submission and the endorsement made, the CRP.No.1254 of 2019 stands closed as infructuous.

This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.

The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the petitioner in the manner provided under the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
